Use this checklist before you start the admission process. Missing one document can delay your visa by 30β45 days.
Academic documents
10th Marksheet & Certificate; 12th Marksheet & Certificate (with PCB minimum 50% / 40% reserved); School Leaving Certificate (LC) or Transfer Certificate; NEET admit card and result/scorecard. Get all academic documents notarised.
Identity and travel documents
Passport valid for minimum 18 months (preferably full validity); 15 passport-size photographs (white background, matte finish, 3.5Γ4.5 cm); Birth certificate (English version preferred); Aadhaar card and PAN card.
Medical and certification
Medical fitness certificate from a registered MBBS doctor; HIV test report (some countries require it); Vaccination record especially MMR and TB; Police clearance certificate (some countries).
Financial documents
Bank statement of last 6 months showing sufficient balance for first-year fees; Income Tax Return of parent (last 2 years); Sponsor affidavit if parent is sponsor; Education loan sanction letter if applicable.

Common mistakes to avoid
Don't laminate your 10th and 12th certificates β universities reject laminated documents. Always keep 3 photocopies of every document. Notarisation needs to be done from a Notary Public, not a regular signature. Spelling of name across all documents must be identical.
